There are currently two ways you submit your entry to the competition. Please choose from the following two options.
Online Entry - Your enter all your information online and your entry is submitted via the website. *Please note: Only registered competitors may use this form and BOTH your DSA Membership Numbers are required for verification.
Manual Entry - Download and print out the PDF and complete. You will need to Fax or Mail this entry form back to us. *Please note: If you are wishing to compete in an unregistered event you will need to use this form
